Hsinchu, Taiwan – May 24, 2021 – To comply with the government’s pandemic prevention measures, the shareholder meetings of Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS) and GlobalWafers (GWC), which are originally scheduled to be held on June 24 and June 22 respectively, are postponed to dates between July 1 and August 31. The subsequent meetings will be determined by the board of directors depending on the evolution of the pandemic and a public announcement will be made. The cash dividend payment schedules remain the same and will be processed in accordance with the original schedules resolved by the board – the payment dates are August 6 for GWC and August 13 for SAS. The rights of shareholders will not be affected.
