Hsinchu, Taiwan, December 10, 2024 – GlobalWafers Co., Ltd. (GWC) board declares the cash dividend payment plan for the first half of 2024. GlobalWafers EPS in the first six months of the year came at NT$14.04 and will distribute a cash dividend of NT$5 per share with a total amount of NT$2.39 billion. The ex-dividend record date will be January 18, 2025, and the payment date of cash dividend distribution will be February 14, 2025.
