GlobalWafers announced that its wholly-owned German subsidiary, GlobalWafers GmbH (the “Issuer”), priced EUR345.2m Exchangeable Units exchangeable for Siltronic AG shares held by GlobalWafers GmbH on 16 January 2024 (German time).
