GlobalWafers is awarded the “2023 Taiwan Best-in-Class 100” released by the Taiwan Institute of Directors. This is the second consecutive year that GlobalWafers has been shortlisted. Since foreign capital accounts for more than 40% of Taiwan’s shares, companies should understand the importance of legal person investment and the requirements and standards for international foreign capital. The Taiwan Institute of Directors simulates the investment methods of different legal entities around the world, using the three screening criteria of market, fundamentals, and sustainability to objectively select the top 100 companies and hold an awards ceremony on September 26, 2023.
