Hsinchu Taiwan Fund for Children and Families has launched the Garden Party Charity for at least 30 years.It launches a large-scale garden party charity for families who need some assistance at the end of each year. It hopes that there would be a lively and happy occasion for families who usually live in a hard time can have some joy with their family members.
