This award recognizes GlobalWafers’ contributions in ongoing technical exchange, particularly in the areas of Low Oxygen MCZ, epitaxial wafers (Epi), and silicon carbide (SiC). Through regular and sustained communication, both companies have steadily deepened their partnership over the years.
