Through health management, institutional support, and family involvement, we accompany employees through this significant stage of life with confidence and compassion. In 2024 alone, we delivered more than 20 “Mama-to-be” care kits, thoughtfully prepared with items like nursing pillows and maternity support belts to meet different pregnancy needs. Each kit conveys heartfelt blessings and reflects our care for employee well-being.
The program is built on the principle of “responsive and compassionate care” and offers comprehensive support measures, including health risk assessments and personalized protection plans, reserved parking for pregnant employees, clear markings on cleanroom suits, comfortable lactation rooms, and informative booklets for those preparing for pregnancy or fatherhood. These thoughtful arrangements address the diverse needs before and after childbirth, not only supporting employees directly but also encouraging family participation as they prepare to welcome new life.
