Taiwan Investment Commission, MOEA, has officially approved the proposed acquisition of SunEdison Semiconductor by GlobalWafers today. GlobalWafers also announces that the Republic of Austria Federal Competition Authority has concluded its review of the proposed transaction and, as a result, all pre-closing antirust requirements have been completed.
