Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Create procedures and specifications to optimize equipment and process stability.
• Drive continual improvement programs for process performance – including quality, throughput, cost and yield.
• Work with support systems (chemical delivery, facilities, etc.) to optimize process performance.
• Define types and use of SPC charts for process control.
• Work with metrology tools to ensure proper analysis of the process output parameters.
• Develop Process Specs for assigned equipment and processes.
• Assist development and qualification of new products.
• Writing TECNs for special production/engineering requirements.
• Define data collection and analysis systems to effectively manage process variation.
• Data analysis using statistical methodologies.
• Trouble-shooting processes and equipment issues.
• Interface with equipment vendors and other GlobalWafers sites to help define best practices.

Software Engineer• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience focused on development, maintain & distributions of desktop and/or web applications using C#.
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle database, EF core & LINQ.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of .Net core 2.2 and ASP.NET Core 3.1 or later.
• Knowledge of source/version control tools such as SVN.
• Good understanding of HTTPS, design, and consumption of REST/SOAP services.

• 3+ years in quality systems implementation or related job function.
• Experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor for IATF16949, AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001.
• Proven experience facilitating cross functional team with aggressive deadlines.
• Experienced in Quality tools (APQP, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, etc.).
• Manage implementation and improvement of quality business processes and procedures that encompass the (Silicon on Insulator) SOI Facility and corporate functional groups within MEMC LLC.
• Facilitate quality methods and procedure congruency to corporate standards.
• Work with the SOI and corporate teams to interpret and develop appropriate business processes.
• Maintain compliance to the business processes.
• Audit the SOI facility for compliance to procedures and standards.
• Facilitate the development of standard systems across SOI.
• Work with corporate and local groups to modify or improve a business process based on internal or external input.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for various business processes and work with the required personnel to develop and implement actions to improve the business process metrics month over month.
