In response to the impact of Typhoon Danas on vulnerable families in the coastal and mountainous areas of Chiayi, GlobalWafers partnered with the Catholic Our Lady of China Social Welfare Foundation to support post-disaster housing repairs and livelihood recovery through financial contributions. Leveraging the foundation’s deep local service network, the initiative assisted elderly individuals with disabilities living alone in repairing damaged homes and restoring basic living safety, while also providing essential repair and daily living support to affected families to help ease long-term post-disaster stress.
